Yesterday, our team of five facilitators from the Mulock English ran our final professional development session for secondary school educators, with a team of twelve teachers from Richmond Hill High School (virtually their whole English department).

Our sessions focused on Google Apps, including Google Classroom and Google Sites, sharing exemplars that demonstrate how to use technology with principles involving modern learning, as well as best practices when it comes to teaching, learning, and the assessment and evaluation cycle.

The group of attendees was very appreciative of the quality and relevance of the professional development, as they are moving to a BYOD/1:1 model like ourselves (who adopted a blended learning model seven years).
